Surprisingly Bad Performance of Flash on Android [Video]

Everyone knows there’s been a drawback about Apple idevices that they don’t let you run flash content on it. That alone makes Android devices a better bet when compared. That’s one of the reasons, which everyone thinks about before buying their smartphone considering most of the video streaming providers are flash based. To watch them on idevices you either need HTML5 support or native apps.

However, the performance of flash on Android is surprisingly bad, which doesn’t make it quite ahead in competition with Apple when it comes to flash.

The video has been compiled by NewTeevee. Flash has been tested on Nexus one with 1 Ghz of processor and a WiFi connection of 25-Mbps. So, it’s neither phone nor connection causing the problems.
