If you are into music and your android device serves as your primary music player then you must be aware of all the awesome applications available to play your music for you. Open the Google Play Store and search for Music Players and you will have a wide array of applications available to you for just that purpose with newer ones coming up every now and then. There are applications for your stored music, Google Music, online streaming and radio, you name it. While you can have a number of applications to serve different purposes, the problem arises when you use widgets for all those music players and clog up your screens which is basically a hassle and causes confusion mostly apart from which there are notifications that keep bothering you, different music controls and their functionality.

If that is the case, then you might want to chill a little because there is a simple application that will let you control each and every aspect with minimal screen-clogging and notifications. It is called Generic Music Controls. This application is compatible with devices running Android 4.0 and above. All the music playing and streaming applications you have will be brought under one umbrella allowing you to easily access and control your music with simple taps. You will no longer need all the widgets for the different applications you have installed for different music needs you have. As for the widgets, there are many different styles that you can choose from ranging from smaller more specific controls to larger than ever widgets which can be seen from miles away. Of course that has been implemented to cater to different tastes that consumers have. This handy little tool will serve you best when it comes to playing and controlling your music from one simple application. The only drawback to this is the compatibility. Users who are not running Android 4.0 will still have to deal with the clutter and various widgets to control different music players that might have installed.

Lastly, you guys should know that this is a public beta, which means that there still might me some bugs you will come across but in time those will obviously be eliminated.
