You should be able to keep track of your fitness regime. The application also features over 1,000 high definition videos to guide you through the entire processes and includes several exercises for major equipment for example, ez curl bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine ball, machines and barbell etc. All the exercises are categorized with respect to different body parts for instance, core, shoulders, back, arms etc. which should make it easier for you to work out on specific parts on your body. The application also offers over 4,000 pictures and animations to help you with exercising. You can also make your own exercise routine and follow that whenever you will. The user-interface on the application is pretty standard. It is quick and simple making it easy for you to navigate around and get used to the application. The application offers over 75 different workout routines, find the one that suits you best and get at it. Routines are specific to goals for example tone butt, lose weight etc. and to your equipment too for example resistance bands, bodyweight only etc. You can keep track of your body weight and other metrics and have the application draw a graph for you.
